At the entrance to Why Bar,the owners have placed a large,illuminaed fuchsiacolored heart. The the laid-back vibe at Why Bar provides a pleasant refuge.There are no current plants for a DJ,thank the lord;here you can relax to mellow jazz and R&B played at a non-deafening level.And the well-mixed beverages-Lychee Martini or Mojito cocktails(RMB58 each)-encourage the flow of good conversation.With outdoor seating in a park setting,but it’s a wonderful spot to mull over the questions.
